Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I teach a dual-language 1st-grade class in Providence, RI. My students' love and enthusiasm for learning is contagious! They love coming to school and work hard to do their best every day! They inspire us to do the best we can to support their learning and growth.

Dry erase markers are how we make our ideas visible.

We use them every day to write on boards, desks, and individual whiteboards. With the benefits of visual learning, collaborative activities, and creative expression, having an ample supply of markers contributes to academic success and overall enjoyment of the learning process. My students love them because they're fun, and mistakes made during guided practice can be easily brushed away.
