My students are full of wonder, just as 5 year olds should be. Inside our classroom, you will see the students investigating, discovering, and ultimately learning. We are so excited to see each other each morning. We come together to support, encourage, and challenge ourselves to do our best. My students make me a better teacher. My goal is to make them love being at school and give them a yearning to learn more. My students work hard everyday to be kind, caring citizens.
My Project
My students use the classroom as if it is their very own. My students come together on the floor to collaborate, innovate and elevate! They need a more comfortable surface like a STEM carpet instead of the contractor grade, industrial carpet that they have now. When students are comfortable, they take charge of their own learning. They work harder together. They enjoy the feeling of being in a comfortable homelike place, a place that invites trying new things, taking risks, without being afraid. My students love their classroom, they want to work hard, I want to give them something to help them do their very best.
