I currently teach first grade and my class has a variety of learners and interests. The students are performing at various levels including, approaching, on, and above level. We use various programs that spark their love for learning and reading.
As a teacher, I try to tap into each and every student's learning style to help each student reach their potential every single day.
We will sing songs, use technology, physical education, science, and so on to continue to keep students excited about learning.
As a school and grade level, we work together to help our students in different ways. We collaborate daily and have support from each other. All of these types of collaboration help each and every child succeed in all academic and social areas.
My Project
Who doesn't like to get up and move around to keep their bodies alive and moving? Wobble chairs will help my students do this while being engaged and help them to focus.
Wobble chairs are perfect for students that like to wobble and wiggle while they work, while also being safe because of the round base.
The flexible seating will allow them to move around when at their seats working. During these times children are going to be spending most of their time at school at their desks. This will allow them the ability to move and keep their brain active and engaged. The wobble chairs also are easier to clean than the normal chairs provided to the schools. I know that my babies will look forward to coming to class if they had comfortable chairs to sit in during class.
I would greatly appreciate your donation for my first grade scholars.
