Help me give my students a keyboard and stylus to make their Surface GO more user friendly!
FULLY FUNDED! Ms. Hoffer's classroom raised $297

My Students
I have a group of thirteen amazing three-year-old PreK students. We are located in a small rural district in northeastern Oklahoma. The majority of the schools in our district are Title I. Our community has a very high Native American population, as it is the home for nine Tribal Nations. Many of my students are experiencing being in a school setting for the first time. We are preparing them and building a foundation for them to continue to become successful scholars.
My Project
We have already gotten a Microsoft Surface GO and a docking station funded through Donors Choose. Now we need a stylus and a protective cover to go with it. We are littles and are notorious for dropping things, a protective cover will be essential for this expensive tool we now have.
In Early Childhood we are just learning how to write, we need a stylus so we can correctly learn how to hold a pencil.
We will be using this fantastic tool to show our work on the SmartBoard. With a stylus, our kids will be able to strengthen their fine motor skills along with beginning to start working with technology.
More than three‑quarters of students from low‑income households
Data about students' economic need comes from the National Center for Education Statistics, via our partners at MDR Education. Learn more
