Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Students get extremely motivated with fun rewards. This project will offer children amazing prizes that will help motivate them to participate, read, help, and volunteer on a daily basis in an extremely fun manner. They get to earn class dojo points that they latter get to spend on prizes.
By demonstrating PBIS ( Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports) they will be able to earn and redeem points.
Students love earning rewards. The small duffle bags will be used as a whole class reward for finishing state testing. The rest of the prizes are ones that the students buy with class dojo points. These prizes range from sweet treats like candy, or erasers, and also fidgets like skateboards, squishy toys, and spinners These are prizes that our kiddos can earn and learn the value of saving and spending.
