The specific items that I am requesting will make a big difference in my children's learning. The headphones will be used while the children are working on their Chromebooks. The children will need them in order to prepare for and take their iReady assessment. They will also be used daily during independent work or readying time so they they can listen to their Chromebooks without distracting their peers.
The dry erase markers will be used a lot in the classroom.
The children love working on their whiteboard while we are on the carpet and it is a great way for me to see exactly what they are doing. Markers tend to dry out a lot or go missing so there is always a need for them.
The paint is for when we get into hands on activities or art projects. We will use it to making projects to give to parents or make decorations to show off their work in the classroom or school. Lastly, the rulers will be helpful for when the students start to learn about length and measurement. Only a handful of my students have rulers of their own so this will help ensure that each child has one of their own.
