Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Students will be able to focus on academic material and not whether they have enough supplies. I have chosen the supplies on my Donors Choose project to fulfill the void left by some parents. I teach at a Title 1, low socioeconomic school. Many parents find it difficult to purchase supplies needed for the classroom or for projects at home. The supplies will give each child an outlet to express themselves by working on a family project at home. I want my students to fill successful at school and home.
