My Students
I am a Grade 4 Teacher at a Title 1 Elementary school in Hilo, Hawaii. I teach 4th grade in an inclusion setting. In our grade level, our students rotate for math, ELA, and sciences, therefore we will see each and every 4th grade student in our school (nearly 175 students!)
They may forget what you said; but they will never forget how you made them feel.
I want my students to love learning and feel loved in my classroom. As an inclusive classroom, we understand that the world can be a challenging place. We want our classroom to feel like a safe place where students can learn and explore together.
My Project
We are excited to be returning to in-person learning and would like our students to have fun while maintaining social distancing. Students will be storing their supplies in their Iris clear plastic bins. For indoor recess, students can create art using playdough and wikki stixs. For outdoor recess, we would like for our students to get active while playing with kickballs.
