This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
My school has five hundred and twenty-seven students and is a Title I school!
My first graders are full of energy and are ready to learn!
My students are always eager to want to know and learn more! They ask many questions, they talk a lot, they are curious and so much more! We are discovering, learning manners, social skills, academics, and tons more!
Most of our students are English language learners and the majority of our students qualify for the free or reduced-price lunch program.
My Project
Most of our students are now face to face but we still can't share school supplies!
I would like to obtain a caddy for each of my first graders to keep their school supplies next to them.
I want them to have their supplies easy accessible as well as organized for them to get while they are completing their assignments. I have noticed that most of my students lack organizational skills and I think by getting caddies would be a great start to get us to organize and learn about organizational skills!
