We are so excited to be able to learn with our new curriculum! However, it needs to be put together and presented in a way that our students can learn and be successful.
In our room, students learn best with colorful materials and tactile applications.
We are in need of binders, laminate, and velcro so that our materials are ready for our tactile learners. Our students struggle with fine motor skills so having materials that they can utilize with ease are crucial!
This is a labor of love, but the children respond well to it. In addition, there are three levels of learning to accommodate and meet them where they are, while giving them the rigor that they need to achieve their learning goals.
The curriculum covers ELA, Math, Science, and Social Studies and helps students generalize and reach their academic, social, and life-skill goals.
