My Students
We are a small school district in southwest Missouri. This project will benefit around 200 plus students in grades seven through seniors. Our students are hardworking kids. They want to improve in all areas and are enthusiastic about it. The majority of our students come from low income families. We just don’t have the funds to help them to improve in certain areas. We are looking to add accessories to our weight room. All of this equipment will be used on a daily basis.
My Project
My project is to help add to our weight training program. As of right now we really only have weight benches and squat racks. Right now we are in need of adding accessories to our program. The accessories that I want to add will help us get our kids faster and also help with their agility! I am wanting a recoil and parachute helps build their speed by giving resistance. The speed ladder helps with quick feet. The mini hurdles helps with quick feet and agility. Leg resistance bands helps with lateral movement. Anything that you can do will be appreciated by myself and our students! Thank you!
