My Students

The first year of school is so exciting! In our classroom, students are learning much more than their ABCs and numbers. We learn foundational social, literacy, and math skills that help prepare students for experiences both in and out of the classroom.

Our students are learning how to be kind and work well with others both at school and in the community.

We see their creative, silly, and adventurous spirits and encourage students to truly love learning and be their best selves.

My Project

Every year, our pre-k students come to school with a wide variety of skills and background knowledge. We honor students' experiences and enhance their learning in exciting and new ways. This year, we are seeing that many of our students need support with early literacy skills.

Having a strong foundation in early literacy skills sets up our pre k students for success in school and life.

We want to provide hands-on and engaging opportunities for our students to learn these skills through play. We are confident that these materials will help support our students through learning letters, sounds, comprehension, and vocabulary development in the most exciting way. Let's get kids ready for kindergarten and excited about learning together!
