My group of second graders is the type of kids that make your job fun to go to daily. This group of diverse students is from central PA, with many students immigrating from India.
They are always willing to help and give it their all when trying and learning new strategies in the classroom.
They love hands-on activities that challenge them to think outside the box. I really do have a great group of students.
My Project
The kiddos and I are excited to start the school year and I would like to prepare them with the essentials needed to learn! The Kleenex tissues will help minimize germs, while the fidget poppers will keep the wiggles to a minimum. The poppers will also be used for learning basic addition and subtraction facts. I want to keep my kiddos focused on learning to help build a great foundation for upcoming years! The gift cards will be used as prizes for STEM challenges. The prizes help to motivate and celebrate the success and hard-working students.
I am eager to provide them with creative and meaningful learning experiences where everyone is heard and everyone is made to feel empowered and important.
