This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Let the kids make art again. I can’t wait to see the creativity come out in my students. Let them get messy! Let them choose what to create! Let them express themselves! These items will allow my students to explore the world of art and painting. Painting is a way for children to do many important things: convey ideas, express emotion, use their senses, explore color, explore processes and outcomes, and create aesthetically pleasing works and experiences. In addition, the painting will also help with fine motor control, gross motor control, eye-hand coordination, visual perception, spatial attention, and creativity.
