Help capture the imaginations and minds of my students by giving them the chance to communicate, create, and learn by getting crafty! Being creative is a must in today's classroom. Students become more engaged and involved when we use the amazing advantages available through art.
The students I teach live in a rural community and come from a variety of backgrounds.
Most of my students come from lower than average socioeconomic households. These students are motivated learners and are hungry for innovative and new classroom experiences!
My Project
Being able to have a construction paper for our classroom would open up a variety of exciting opportunities for my students! Each day there are numerous projects and reports that we create in our classroom using paper. My students need paper to create their work so that they can share it with their peers and families. These type of projects have been proven to enhance learning that we could use every day. We would also use the paper to create documents that facilitate parent and community communication.
Having this paper will allow my students the opportunity to further their use of art and give them a chance to create new and exciting work.
There are numerous ways we can and will use this paper every day to enhance learning!
