This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My caseload includes English language learners and special education students. My goal is to make our classroom a safe and comfortable place for learning and I am excited to provide my high school students a comfortable learning environment.
We are a hub to our refugees of Central America, Ukraine, and immigrants from all over the word.
Our school is located in Albany Park, a community in Chicago. Albany Park has long been a gateway for immigrants from all over the world.
Who wants to sit in those hard desks all day? Not in my class, no thank you!
