My students walk into the classroom every morning eager to learn. They love and crave the structure of the everyday routine. When I see their smiling faces in the morning it reminds me of why I got into teaching in the first place. They have a genuine love of learning when it's fun and interesting.
My students are like little sponges soaking up any and all information they can.
My goal is for each student to leave my classroom with the knowledge they need for the next year! Each student is unique and their learning styles vary, but that makes my job that much more exciting!
My Project
Your donations will help my students have comfortable chairs in our classroom. Our chairs are broken and are very heavy to move around. My students do their best learning and are engaged when they are comfortable. These chairs will help my students sit comfortably and focus on daily learning and complete their work.
Most of our day is spent sitting and working within groups.
Having my students use sturdy and reliable furniture will help them focus and eliminate the risk of injury. It is difficult for the district and my school to purchase expensive furniture for each class. Thank you for your help in giving my students the furniture that we desperately need.
