it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
My class is a 4th grade Bilingual classroom located in a Title I school in Richmond, California. My students work so hard to learn English and are already showing so much growth, I'm so proud of them! They work so hard and I truly admire them for this. My hope is to motivate my students to try their best and be their number one supporter! This is an amazing group of students and I am so lucky and excited to be their teacher this year! Thank you so much!
My Project
I want to be able to provide my students with different activities they can do during our physical education time. Our school doesn't have many outdoor materials so I would love to provide my students with these materials. My students have shared with me that their favorite outdoor games are four square, soccer and kickball but for these games they would need a ball which is why I requested a set of 4 balls that includes a pump. My students have also told me that they like to hoola hoop. These materials will make P.E. and recess time fun and also keep students active and moving. Students would also be able to use these materials during recess since the material our school cite has is limited and many times not enough for ALL students.
