My Project

Montessori classrooms are thoughtfully designed to meet the gross motor and cognitive needs of the developing child. Children have the freedom to explore the room, moving about with the constraints of a traditional desk.

One way to meet this need is through the use of Montessori rugs.

We need a dedicated gathering rug to build collaboration for our Montessori lessons. With this new rug, children can come together, work with their peers, and be introduced to new lessons by the teacher.

This space will provide freedom for children to choose where they'd like to work and who they'd like to work with.
