My Project
I would like to be able to give my students some unforgettable learning experiences. As many come from low-income homes, using interesting technology is not something they often can get to use.
Students will be using the drone to learn about flight and aerial photography.
They will also use it to learn about navigation and to study geography. I would like my students to visit a historic location in person, then use the drone to study the location from the air. They will use recorded footage to create a classroom history project that they will present. Local historic locations from the revolutionary war can be visited and also seen from the air using the drone, making the tactics of the armies easier to understand for my students. They will also learn navigation and geography skills as they see these areas from a different perspective.
