My Students
My students are kindergartners in Carlsbad, California. We are a multicultural classroom with so much to share and learn from each other. In my kindergarten classroom, we will explore, inquire, communicate, collaborate, experiment, practice, create, and grow each day in an environment that is safe for all learners.
I am so proud to be a part of their foundation and to help inspire these great little minds!
They are all so very excited to learn each day and give their best in our classroom community, as well as in the strong school-wide community we have built.
My Project
Reading is fun in kindergarten! These monthly reader magazines, specifically for kindergarten, are a great way to incorporate science and social studies into my lessons. Scholastic Let’s Find Out readers focus on current topics that provide inclusive reading materials for ALL students.
Non-fiction reading is fun and exciting with magazine style readers!
I want to bring science topics and world social studies topics to my very young students in ways that they can comprehend. These readers are perfect for enhancing not only our reading skills but our writing as well! They offer up to date vocabulary and activities that extend our curriculum lessons we currently teach. Thank you for helping to make my reading program exciting and effective!
