My Project
Technological innovation is moving faster than ever. As a result, there are many ways in which people can enjoy a smart television including streaming. The modern classroom is starting to feel the struggle of keeping up with technology. What was once a cutting-edge projector is starting to dim and burn out, student focus continues to wane, and a boring old presentation isn't enough to slice through the apathy. Even with one to one Chromebooks in students' hands and teachers utilizing more and more internet-related content, an engaged classroom is a difficult mountain to climb. It's time to make our school the ultimate place for learning.
Meetings with students, parents and teachers that I support are now held in my classroom.
With limited access to outdated projectors or white screens students, parents and teachers are forced to view my presentations through a laptop screen. This smart TV, Apple TV, and stand will enable all our educational partners to engage in meaningful presentations and share and annotate student work live while I walk around the classroom without cords or attachments. The smart TVs, Apple TVs, and wall mounts would be vital to the small group instruction provided to all learners as they interact with visuals and videos on the screen that provide accurate academic interactions to support their journey towards reclassification. I would also use it to provide effective professional learning to my colleagues, and workshops to parents. The power of technology with the smart TVs and Apple TVs will continue to transform our learning.
