it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My ninth graders at BHSVA are an eager bunch. They are eager to start high school, meet new friends, and explore the world around them. I would love to have the opportunity to better support my students through digital literacy projects and lessons that will strengthen their digital literacy skills and help them take on the world around them.
Students will use their new headphone set to access online resources where they can learn about enduring issues in history and strengthen their reading, writing, and critical thinking skills.
Each student will be provided with a binder to help them organize their notes, thoughts, and reflections throughout each class. With assistance from donors like you, my students will use their new headphones and binders to stay organized and engaged as they critically analyze and brainstorm solutions to enduring issues throughout history.
