My Project

I love my students! I love watching all the progress they have made since the beginning of school. I would love to reward my students with some fun end of the year activities for the last month and a half of school The sand buckets, sunglasses, bubbles will allow me to create a variety of centers. I will be able to use these materials to create a math counting activity, sorting activity and numeral recognition activity. I will be using the photo frames for them to decorate as an end of the year project to display on the bulletin board to create a sense of a positive classroom community. The glue, ink, art supplies will be used to create fun hands-on activities to build on their learning and to make the end of the year fun such as printing out cookies for them to do literacy activities and reinforce letter recognition. The expo markers will allow me to keep writing morning messages and questions on white board to keep them engaged and help with their critical thinking skills. Markers will also be used for center for students to be able to practice writing letters, numbers and simple shapes. These materials will help students continue to be engaged in learning even though the end of the year is approaching. I am excited to see their smiling faces every day until the very last day of school.
