Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
As a first-grade teacher in an urban school district, I am committed to fostering an inclusive learning environment that reflects the diverse backgrounds and experiences of my students. Many of my students come from communities that face significant challenges, and they deserve to see themselves represented in the curriculum.
To better support racial justice and diverse representation, I am requesting a TPT gift card to purchase engaging resources and lessons that celebrate a variety of cultures, histories, and perspectives.
These materials will help my students see their identities reflected in what they learn, promoting a sense of belonging and empowerment.
Teachers often spend their own money to provide resources that align with their values and support their students' needs. A TPT gift card would allow me to enhance my classroom with lessons that focus on racial justice, diverse representation, and inclusion.
Your support in helping us reach our project goal would make a meaningful impact, enabling me to provide a more equitable and engaging educational experience for my students. Thank you for considering this opportunity to make a difference in their lives!
