Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
This project will show students how to grow food and to provide the opportunity to give out food to students in need. The supplies that have been ordered are seeds and items to grow food. Students will be able to provide 120 students will their own plant to grow and cultivate at home.
This project will help students understand hunger through the eyes of another student, it will help them provide food to students in need.
Students participating in this project will provide potted plants to other students who are in need of food.
The success of the project will be measured by the number of plants provided, also with a statement about how the students felt about participating in The Seed to Feed Project.
