My Project
Let's face it, the middle school years can be especially daunting - socially challenging on so many levels - often causing undue stress and emotional unrest. Flashback to pre-pandemic...I had created and hosted themed monthly "positive vibes luncheons" to assist struggling students and these opportunities were met with overwhelming success. Fast forward to post-pandemic...I continue to receive numerous requests from students who prefer a small "lunch bunch" setting where they can engage in casual conversation and participate in a guided, collaborative growth mindset activity all while enjoying snacks together. Please join me in getting these SEL luncheons back off the ground in order to help combat "the middle school blahs!"
