This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students love art time. They start to cheer when they find out I have planned a painting lesson. They will be able to paint bright pictures with the paint sticks and paper. They can express themselves by working with different media such as watercolor pencils. They can use their creativity to paint and draw a variety of projects with these materials. I can't wait to see what they create!
We will be neat and tidy with the painting trays and drying rack.
It has been difficult finding a safe place to let their projects dry. Many projects have been ruined because they were placed on top of each other, or fell on the ground. We can keep our work space clean and organized as well. I am looking forward to learning and creating with my young artists.
