My Project
On Monday, October 23, our 3rd grade class took a field trip to the Museum of Math in Manhattan. One of the concepts we learned about was Tessellations. We learned and explored these patterns using manipulatives, and I would love for the children to continue exploring this concept. I am asking for a few sets of tessellation kits to be used during small group work, and math centers. The children can create their own and share their thinking about this new concept!
