My Project

Our classroom is home to students with emotional disabilities. We create a safe space for them and teach them how to regulate their emotions within the school environment. In our classroom, we have a social/emotional lesson daily. Within these daily lessons, we model, practice, guide, and teach different skills that our students lack to regulate themselves.

Our goal is to inspire our students to be their best!

Emotional disabilities are difficult to work with, but with the right tools and coaching, these students can grow into successful students.

With this, we would love to have more resources for our daily social/emotional lessons. Our students love games and picture books. Having "book talks" is one of their favorite things to do together!

These resources would be such a great addition to our classroom. Our students work hard every day to be successful at school. I want to give them more resources to continue to grow in the social/emotional area.
