it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I run the baking and cooking club and am excited to take on my third year as the advisor.
This year I want to teach the kids how to make healthier options of prepackaged foods that they love!
I have been on a fitness journey myself and have found healthier options for foods I used to love and think that teaching students about what they are eating and how it affects them is a huge part of teaching them how to cook. I want to help my students make yummy food that will be healthy for them. The scale will be used for meals that have precise measurements of meat, veggies, etc. The mixers will help us chop up small ingredients in a more efficient way and also allow students to mix things quickly when it is needed.
