This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are so excited about learning! They thrive on getting recognition for their hard work and good behavior. I will use these rewards as a way of showing my students that hard work does matter. These prizes will also help my students gain the confidence they need to always try their best.

Getting rewarded gives children a sense of pride and accomplishment.

Verbal praise and acknowledgement encourages them to try their best. It also helps them build their self esteem and confidence.
