I teach 14 wonderful students who have different learning disabilities. They are eager to learn and love to move. My students are all diverse and come from diverse backgrounds. The students range in grades kindergarten to second grade, with all different abilities. My students
My students love to move around the classroom and are full of energy.
They enjoy reading, art, music, science, social studies and math. Each student comes from a different background making our classroom unique. They love school and come with a smile :)
My Project
My students have various learning disabilities and love to move around. The new trend in teaching is flexible seating. My students would benefit from having a seat to be able to move around on while learning. These seats would help my students concentrate without moving all over the room.
With flexible seating students are able to choose what seat works for them.
With flexible seating they can successfully learn without the distraction from a regular seat. The flexible seating, including wobble chairs and jellyfish chairs, will teach students that they can learn in the best seat choice for them. All my students have the ability to learn and they will in their own with choice.
