My Students

Do you love to read? Do you feel you can read anything? Do you love to lose yourself in a good book? I want my students to answer yes to all of these questions. Providing them with "just right" books can make this happen.

Our class is full of personality.

We love a challenge and love to learn new things. The students push themselves to reach their goals and they are extremely motivated learners. I am very proud to say that my inner city class are responsible scholars.

My Project

Reaching students at their level is the best way to instruct and using leveled guided reading books, enables a teacher to do just this. When you instruct a child at the correct level a student feels confident and enjoys the learning process. He/she reaches new goals and can achieve more than you can ever imagine. Providing our class with leveled books will support each student at his/her own learning level, allowing the students to become fabulous, enthusiastic, capable, life long, readers.

Reading is a real life skill.

It helps you complete simple tasks, like buying the correct food a the grocery store and checking a status on Facebook. It helps you complete those pesky forms at hospitals, the MVA, Social Security, and other places. It helps you escape from the world and imagine all kinds of things when you are sat alone with your head in a book. Help my students to become avid and capable readers, by providing me with the tools I need to instruct them effectively. Please choose!
