Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students are excited about being able to build and create things in the name of science! Hands-on STEM projects allow students to address real-world applications. Our district does not have the funds to support this type of learning.
This particular energy-themed STEM unit is a great way for my students to get involved and excited about learning!
The K’NEX Kits in this project offer a wide variety of STEM building pieces to create an amusement park! K'NEX kits provide opportunities for my students to boost their knowledge of STEM which include hands-on, inquiry-based learning opportunities.
