This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
I am Pre-K Dual Language Teacher serving the community of Jackson Heights, Queens. This upcoming school year will be different since students will be in either a blended learning model or a remote learning model. In the diverse community of Jackson Heights, students will be learning and exploring different units of study. My students enjoy exploring, hands on activities, read aloud's, playing outside, learning new games, learning new songs and more!
My Project
The materials will make a difference in my students learning by promoting a rich learning environment, either hybrid or remote.
The Go-Pro 8 will capture all of our classrooms special moments including my read a loud's, remote lesson plans and other related activities.
The Go-Pro 8 accessories will provide students with the best remote/hybrid learning experiences.
The dry erase markers and manipulative materials will help my students with their fine motor skills.
The bilingual books will help my students with their social emotional development and help them learn about being safe in the classroom.
Lastly, the fuji mini film prints will allow me to capture and display my students work.
