I have a diverse group of students. Their ability levels range in ability from students who struggle in school, due to learning disabilities, to gifted. One common characteristic among all students is their enthusiasm for learning.
I work diligently to plan exemplary literacy lessons and activities that challenge the students, but also allow them to use their unique talents and abilities to showcase or demonstrate their depth of knowledge.
I want to motivate and inspire my students to become lifelong learners.
My Project
My students work diligently on all class assignments, but especially those that are going to be posted around the school.
Students love seeing their work published and enjoy sharing their knowledge with their school community, family, and friends.
I am requesting funds to purchase a laminator so we can protect our work while it is posted on the bulletin boards and around the school. We will also be able to laminate games, task cards, and other educational products. Presently, we are limited as to what can be laminated, therefore the laminating sheets and laminator will be valued and greatly appreciated.
