Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
In our small Title 1 school students come from diverse backgrounds. They are curious and eager to learn.
Play is an integral part of their learning experience.
Our English Learners will have the opportunity to practice their language skills, while our English students will be strengthening their skills too. While playing together they will be building friendships and developing important social skills. Gross and fine motor skills will also be developed during playtime, paint time, whiteboard time and model clay time. Creativity is another box checked off.
To sum up, our Kindergarteners will be well rounded.
