This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I am constantly inspired by the resilience and determination of my students in overcoming challenges and embracing growth. This project aims to create a positive and rewarding glow day classroom transformation for my amazing students.
The reward for our class glow day will serve as motivation for positive behavior, encouraging students to demonstrate responsibility, teamwork, while having fun with learning.
By earning glow day, students feel empowered and valued, reinforcing a sense of achievement and self-worth. This type of incentive will not only acknowledge my students' efforts but also foster a sense of community within the classroom.
My goal for this project is to promote a culture of positivity and success among my students. I would like to celebrate their progress and accomplishments, no matter how small, and create a supportive environment where every student feels appreciated and respected. The resources requested will directly contribute to our awesome glow day of learning and provide students with meaningful neon activities in literacy and math.
