Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
At this time, I would benefit from having a SMART Notebook/Lumio and Socrative Pro subscription so that I can better create and deliver lessons with methods for assessment.
Engagement is key to a successful school year.
I am confident that these tools would allow me to boost engagement.
SMART Notebook/Lumio is a desktop lesson creation and delivery software. In addition to providing tools for creating engaging presentation pages with text, images, and multimedia, LUMIO would allow students to engage with interactive activities where they can sort vocabulary and engage in word matches.
On Socrative, I can post questions that require students to practice their vocabulary and literacy skills as they relate to science. I will also be able to quickly assess student understanding with prepared activities or on-the-fly questions, and then adjust my teaching based on the results. This platform can greatly enhance the learning of my students because they will be able to constantly review vocabulary and key concepts. Students will also be given individualized feedback on their work so that they can learn from their errors.
