My students need headphone that they can use for the computers and I-pads so they will not get distracted with other student's noise. Also once we had a problem with lices, so we stopped sharing headphones.

Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
Our students do not have the necessary materials to succeed, coming from a low income/high poverty school district. Also my students are faced with several challenges both in and out of the classroom. Despite the many challenges they face, they come to school motivated to learn, so it is my commitment that instead of them receiving poor or inadequate reading instruction, they get the best reading instruction to close the achievement gap. Then I am looking to keep things simple and provide my students with creative ways to succeed in reading!
My Project
The Step-by-Step I- station computer reading programs is a carefully designed program of more than 850 lessons in ten levels. As the students completes each lesson, he or she is guided to the next one and is motivated to continue learning by self-guided lessons. The computer reading session is the most important part of the day for the students. They love it! If they have headphones they can hear better and complete their assignments on time! I even tried to buy a few headphones with my own money, so we need a little help to complete our set of headphones!
