Lego Stem Project

Help me give my students an opportunity to explore design and problem solving with Legos. Stem toys are essential in pushing the boundaries of creativity.

My Project

Legos are a great stem-building tool that can be used to teach about measurement, mathematics, engineering, problem-solving, and countless other topics. I think these would be a great entry point for younger students to learn about 3d printing and design. Students will be able to actively program solve using real-world scenarios. I plan on challenging the students by giving them different prompts that they would have to build on. These skills transfer when we start designing in Tinkercad, a 3d design program. Thank you for your consideration.
