This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I would love for every kindergarten student to be able to have at least one Lego person at the same time during Art. My kindergarten students create with Legos once a week. I have a limited amount of Lego people and not enough for every student to enjoy during our journey. Lego people help students express their thoughts and feelings during play and exploration. When students experience learning with equitable materials they will all be more successful. Let's give them enough Lego people for everyone and a Lego STEAM Park.
