My Students
My students are eager to learn! They have chosen to spend 3 weeks of their summer back in school so they can learn more about the world around them.
My students are incoming 2nd, 3rd and 4th graders who live in the suburbs surrounding the St.
Louis area. These students are eager to learn and grow their minds, even on their summer vacation. In our classroom students are excited to have the opportunity for hands-on learning experiences that will enhance their learning.
My Project
Students will use the Legos and Lego base plates to construct their own personal replicas of the famous landmarks they learn about through our summer school course. Right now, we do not have enough materials for every student to have his or her own unique experience while building. These additional Legos will solve that problem.
Your donation will mean that each student will have the opportunity to explore his or her creative side.
These Legos will ensure a fun and exciting course for my students. As a teacher, especially a summer school teacher, it is important that I instill a love of learning in each and every one of my kiddos. These Legos will be one huge tool that will help achieve that goal!
