This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Legos are a great tool for learning in the classroom because they help kids use their imagination and think creatively. When students build with Legos, they get to design and create their own structures, which helps them practice problem-solving and planning. This kind of hands-on play is fun, but it also teaches important skills like working carefully and thinking ahead. Kids also get to explore shapes, sizes, and patterns, which supports their math and science learning.

Legos help make learning active, creative, and fun for everyone in the class.

Using Legos in the classroom also helps students learn how to work together. When kids build projects in small groups, they have to share ideas, take turns, and solve problems as a team. This helps them build communication skills and learn how to cooperate. Working on Lego activities can also make learning feel exciting, which keeps students interested and focused.
