Our school focuses on the 6Cs—collaboration, creativity, character, citizenship, communication, and critical thinking. This year, I'm are going to have to use my critical thinking to help my twenty-two 2nd-grade students use these 6Cs daily while social distancing, wearing a mask, and possibly doing distance learning. Even with the challenges of this year, my students are excited to learn and grow! They are problem-solvers, creators, and learners.
My 2nd-grade students are readers, writers, mathematicians, scientists, engineers, historians, artists, musicians, and friends.

My Project
With the implementation of the SEEd science and engineering standards, students will use the legos to make models for different science lessons throughout the year. Students will use the Crayola markers and pencils in our science journals to add color and creativity to our science journals.
Students will use their creativity, collaboration, character, communication, citizenship, and critical thinking- these are the 6C's that our school focuses on.
Students will also be able to use the legos and Crayola products in conjunction with the 6C's in many different subjects throughout the day.
