My Project
With these materials, we will be able to provide a legendary experience in the classroom. This school year we will be working on life skills and job experiences. We are asking for materials for our coffee cart we will be conducting. This will aid in life skills, job experience, and social skills practice. We will also hone into their love of art and expression creating mosaics out of coasters. Help me give my students an elective experience that aids in expanding their life skills and classroom engagement as a whole with glass mosaic tiles, an ice machine and dish drying racks. Students show so much strength and building so much confidence while completing projects that we have planned for this school year. The goal for these projects are to help students find their strengths when working on life skills and post high school goals.
My students have shown so much progress when we began working in a more hands-on and skill based learning environment.
With these materials we will be able to increase their skills and engagement in the classroom. My students are highly motivated by these hands-on projects and so grateful for any supplies we are provided with! Thank you so much!
