My Students

My students are thoughtful and innovative leaders! Thoughtful because they care about who they are, where they come from, and who they want to be. They are thoughtful because they care about each other and their education. They want to encourage and inspire each other to be better leaders. EVERYONE is a leader in their own unique and special way. EVERYONE has something special to offer this world. They deserve quality resources to nurture and grow their passions.

Students work hard and collaborate with each other and other grade levels to create a thriving learning environment.

We are part of a culturally rich and diverse tight-knit community. We believe in the power of teamwork and synergizing to find more than one solution to a problem or challenge. Students strive to find sustainable solutions to challenges they face.

My Project

Reusable and sustainable materials are important. The giant dice for math games are easy to clean and can be used for years. The LCD tablets would eliminate so much plastic waste that comes with traditional white boards, dry erase pens, and erasers. These tablets are easy to use, clean and have zero waste!

I chose some materials to help me better serve the students that walk through my door.

Unpack Your Impact is a book that will help me develop more accurate and meaningful social studies units. This book will also open the door for thoughtful discussions. The $100 gift card for Teachers Pay Teachers will also allow me to purchase resources that align with social studies and build the curriculum for my grade level.

Scholastic News is always enjoyed by my students and often lead to great discussions about the various topics presented. They also enjoy taking them home and reading them with their families.
