Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

I teach a variety of students from kindergarten to grade five, including two substantially separate special education classrooms.

All of my students have language disabilities and work very hard to acquire the language skills that have come so naturally to their peers.

Photographic Learning Cards will be used to develop vocabulary, teach specific language skills, and build literacy skills.

Funding this tool will help my kids learn how to listen and understand as well as speak and be understood. Language is an essential part of being able to access all subject areas.
