Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

We plan to use all these materials with our UTK students throughout the day. The balls will be used during outdoor learning time. The kinetic sand will be used in our sand bin to help students build their fine motor skills while playing with peers.

Center time is the favorite time of day for all they students!

They will be able to use the puzzles to practice critical thinking skills. They will also use the board books to practice book handling skills as they spend time in our classroom library. The sorting bowls will help the students practice sorting manipulatives by color, size or shape. The architecture posters will help the students build vocabulary by learning about a variety of buildings. They will be able use these posters to build their own creations.
